Narrative:

Pushed off gate and told by ramp to report to ground over 'purple square' for taxi. Unfamiliar with local layout; ramp told us it was off our left. We were taxiing out single-engine and barely able to move when ramp told us it was off our left shoulder. An aircraft was pushed off and in between us and spot 'I' which was the reason they wanted us to contact ground over the 'purple square.' ground told us to taxi via 'south-east' to runway 25R. According to commercial charts; we had an unpaved area between the ramp and taxiway 'south.' this is not the case and commercial charts need to be revised to show pavement exist (that taxiway 'south' is just off the ramp -- it would be very easy to taxi onto taxiway 'south' inadvertently).

Title: ACR CAPT RPTS INACCURACIES IN THE PHX ARPT DIAGRAM BETWEEN THE RAMP AND TXWY S.

Narrative: PUSHED OFF GATE AND TOLD BY RAMP TO RPT TO GND OVER 'PURPLE SQUARE' FOR TAXI. UNFAMILIAR WITH LOCAL LAYOUT; RAMP TOLD US IT WAS OFF OUR LEFT. WE WERE TAXIING OUT SINGLE-ENGINE AND BARELY ABLE TO MOVE WHEN RAMP TOLD US IT WAS OFF OUR LEFT SHOULDER. AN ACFT WAS PUSHED OFF AND IN BETWEEN US AND SPOT 'I' WHICH WAS THE REASON THEY WANTED US TO CONTACT GND OVER THE 'PURPLE SQUARE.' GND TOLD US TO TAXI VIA 'S-E' TO RWY 25R. ACCORDING TO COMMERCIAL CHARTS; WE HAD AN UNPAVED AREA BETWEEN THE RAMP AND TXWY 'S.' THIS IS NOT THE CASE AND COMMERCIAL CHARTS NEED TO BE REVISED TO SHOW PAVEMENT EXIST (THAT TXWY 'S' IS JUST OFF THE RAMP -- IT WOULD BE VERY EASY TO TAXI ONTO TXWY 'S' INADVERTENTLY).
