Narrative:

We were landing at ZZZ at dawn. There was rain in the area and the runway was wet. The autobrakes were inoperative on the aircraft and had been placarded. At touchdown the aircraft felt like it hydroplaned but came to a safe stop within plenty of distance on the runway. When clearing the runway; we discovered we had a flat tire on the left side. The aircraft was stopped and the passenger deplaned. It was discovered that all 4 tires on the left side had been damaged.
