Narrative:

Aircraft X came to hangar for bird strike boroscope. During this check; inspector noticed hydraulic leakage at r-hand main landing gear. We proceeded to isolate leak by tightening b-nuts. Precautionary; we pinned all 3 gear. After stopping leak and cleaning area; aircraft was routed for flight. Both main gear pins were removed but I did not notice the nose pin still installed; and closed nose gear doors. This resulted in aircraft returning to field.
