Narrative:
We lowered the landing gear at approximately 2000 ft. After gear and flaps were fully extended; all center hydraulic system fluid quantity was lost. After careful deliberation; I decided that continuing the approach and landing was the safest course of action. After a normal touchdown and rollout; I found the nosewheel steering ineffective. I used differential braking and power to exit the runway. I stopped the aircraft on the taxiway and requested to be towed to the gate. We parked the airplane; and went downstairs and discovered a hole in the nosewheel steering hydraulic line.
