Narrative:

Climbing through 10000 ft MSL we both smelled smoke in the cockpit. The captain immediately turned off the galley power with no change. I turned the 2ND pack back on and waited for a minute. The captain then went back to the galley to try to find the source of the smoke. The captain returned to the cockpit unable to find the source of the smoke; we decided to put our oxygen masks on and return to ZZZ. We declared an emergency and asked for a turn back toward the airport. We returned to ZZZ (the smoke smell initially dissipated but then it became strong again on the descent) and landed; cleared the runway onto the taxiway; stopped the aircraft; ran the evacuate/evacuation checklist and exited the aircraft using the emergency slide.
