Narrative:

Cruising FL340; the cabin altitude warning horn activated. We complied with the boxed memory items on the cabin altitude warning checklist; and then accomplished the cabin altitude warning QRH. Prior to the cabin altitude warning horn; we had been discussing a descent to a lower flight level due to strong headwinds.
