Narrative:

Student pilot was told to extend his upwind leg after departing. We were told of this aircraft and were cleared for takeoff with a climb to 5000 ft direct to ZZZ VOR. Climbing out of 900 ft MSL; I lowered the nose to begin accelerating. The student pilot had not extended and in fact was at our 12 O'clock position about 100 ft above us. I very aggressively pushed over and passed directly below him. Distances are always difficult to judge; but 200 ft is in the ballpark. Had I not pushed over; we would have collided.

Title: BE400 PLT EXPERIENCES NMAC WITH BONANZA ON DEPARTURE.

Narrative: STUDENT PLT WAS TOLD TO EXTEND HIS UPWIND LEG AFTER DEPARTING. WE WERE TOLD OF THIS ACFT AND WERE CLRED FOR TKOF WITH A CLB TO 5000 FT DIRECT TO ZZZ VOR. CLBING OUT OF 900 FT MSL; I LOWERED THE NOSE TO BEGIN ACCELERATING. THE STUDENT PLT HAD NOT EXTENDED AND IN FACT WAS AT OUR 12 O'CLOCK POS ABOUT 100 FT ABOVE US. I VERY AGGRESSIVELY PUSHED OVER AND PASSED DIRECTLY BELOW HIM. DISTANCES ARE ALWAYS DIFFICULT TO JUDGE; BUT 200 FT IS IN THE BALLPARK. HAD I NOT PUSHED OVER; WE WOULD HAVE COLLIDED.
