Narrative:
Aircraft nose gear collapsed upon landing. The aircraft came to rest on both mains nose gear contacting runway. All indications were normal on final prelndg check. No injuries resulted from the incident. I believe the nose gear came down but did not lock.

Title: NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED ON ROLLOUT. NO INJURIES.
Narrative: ACFT NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED UPON LNDG. THE ACFT CAME TO REST ON BOTH MAINS NOSE GEAR CONTACTING RWY. ALL INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL ON FINAL PRELNDG CHK. NO INJURIES RESULTED FROM THE INCIDENT. I BELIEVE THE NOSE GEAR CAME DOWN BUT DID NOT LOCK.
