Narrative:
The commercial chart airport diagram for mfe is cluttered and difficult to read. Cleared to taxi from FBO north to runway 13 via 'C' 'D' and D. Designation for taxiway 'C' is hidden by runway length for runway 18/36. Noting txwys C2 and 'D;' taxied south on the ramp to delta and with permission to cross runway 18/36 on delta. Found taxiway C on the west side of runway 18/36. Diagram needs better presentation.
