Narrative:

Safety issue -- two ramp light towers at parking spots narita #903; #904; and #905 facing north towards taxiway 'a' extremely bright. Towers have 10-12 sodium light units which when illuminated at night facing 'a' taxiway cause blindness for planes taxiing and holding at A10; A11; and M5 turnoff at runway 34L. Especially hard to see taxiway in rain showers or wet txwys. Destroys night vision for pilots waiting for takeoff runway 34L. Light units need to be relocated or turned off or shielded from view.
