Narrative:
Aircraft late into ZZZ with a write-up of a flap power caution on descent. Maintenance checked codes and faults; performed operations check and cleared write-up. Upon descent into ZZZ1 for landing; selected flaps 5 degrees and flaps power caution light came on. Completed the flap power caution checklist. During the reset of the system we also had a flap drive caution light which was not mentioned in the flap power checklist. Flaps would not come down; declared an emergency with ATC; advised the flight attendants and passengers of the situation. Performed a zero flap landing with no other problems and proceeded to the gate.
