Narrative:
Captain was flying the aircraft. On maneuvering turn at minimum speed assigned; in descent through approximately 9;000 ft we experienced transient and momentary stall warning which ceased immediately upon completing turn as slats were extending and power was added. I think that more vigilance should have been used when flying at minimum maneuvering speeds.
