Narrative:
Our inbound aircraft was late into mdw and we had a 35 minute turn scheduled. We briefed the departure like we had the last three days; only with a different initial fix (cmsky). Climbing out of mdw on the midway 7 departure over at 16000 ft; chicago center asked if we were given 'normal speed.' we realized we must have missed something on the SID and realized our departure fix (cmsky) had a restr of 250 KTS until advised. We immediately slowed to 250 KTS. I will review all notes on a SID better; especially when rushed.
