Narrative:
Company computer generated weather lists 'no field conditions' for most or all suitable landing airports on polar route; as usual. This multi-decade old problem never gets resolved when runways are contaminated. 'No field conditions' means only that they have failed to provide the pilots with field conditions. As an example; tonight cyzf listed as 'no field conditions;' but runway has packed snow; frost and limited braking mu that likely makes it unusable. For many other airports; no data is provided when runways are contaminated. Private weather dispatch company tonight provided runway condition to me; their report being 4 hours old since the runway was inspected. Canadian FSS also had the same runway condition report; only company dispatch did not provide notification of contaminated runways on a polar route. The dispatcher told me the runway at cyzf was 'field conditions normal.' wrong information again provided by dispatch to the crew for the third decade in a row.
