Narrative:
While working the radar west sector today; a pilot questioned me about the MVA still being 3;100 ft for an antenna at approximately the tul 253015 fix. He advised me that his friend was an engineer on the project; and the antenna was 200 ft taller than it used to be and had been for 3-4 months. I immediately told my supervisor and after checking around; they found the MVA should have been raised to 3;300 ft; but we; ATC; had never been informed of the change. I know I have personally vectored 25+ airplanes through this area below the actual 3;300 ft MVA; but above the 3;100 ft MVA in the last few months.
