Narrative:

Military bmb X exited IR276 requesting FL330. X was cleared to FL290. Air carrier Y was at FL350, and requested FL310 due to turbulence. Air carrier Y was cleared to FL310. Upon manual handoff to ZAB, bmb X was cleared to FL330, and transfer of communications was accomplished. When the C/a was activated, air carrier Y was turned, however sep was still lost. There were 7 sectors combined at sector 24. I was working 4 different frequencys and 7 different transmitters. There were 8-10 aircraft and many reports of moderate chop, turbulence and mtn wave.

Title: LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION BETWEEN MIL-BMB AND ACR ACFT. OPERATIONAL ERROR.

Narrative: MIL BMB X EXITED IR276 REQUESTING FL330. X WAS CLRED TO FL290. ACR Y WAS AT FL350, AND REQUESTED FL310 DUE TO TURB. ACR Y WAS CLRED TO FL310. UPON MANUAL HDOF TO ZAB, BMB X WAS CLRED TO FL330, AND TRANSFER OF COMS WAS ACCOMPLISHED. WHEN THE C/A WAS ACTIVATED, ACR Y WAS TURNED, HOWEVER SEP WAS STILL LOST. THERE WERE 7 SECTORS COMBINED AT SECTOR 24. I WAS WORKING 4 DIFFERENT FREQS AND 7 DIFFERENT XMITTERS. THERE WERE 8-10 ACFT AND MANY RPTS OF MODERATE CHOP, TURB AND MTN WAVE.
