During descent; we experienced failures of both captain's and first officer's navigation displays; primary flight displays; FAC1 and ir 3. All screens returned to normal in about 2 seconds; and the FAC1 was reset per ECAM. I chose not to reset ir as we were in good shape and lga was in sight; VFR. Flight attendant noted emergency lights went on for a few seconds and went off; and also the lights over his jumpseat were blinking before the incident. Normal landing.
