Narrative:
'Trailing edge flap disagree' EICAS came on about 15 miles north of ZZZ. We went through the checklist and got the flaps to 20 degrees and then transferred aircraft control to the captain who proceeded to make an uneventful landing on runway xxr. We declared the emergency once we got through the checklist.

Title: A B767-300 flight crew received EICAS message TE FLAP DISAGREE. They ran the procedure; declared an emergency; and landed without incident.
Narrative: 'Trailing Edge Flap Disagree' EICAS came on about 15 miles north of ZZZ. We went through the checklist and got the flaps to 20 degrees and then transferred aircraft control to the Captain who proceeded to make an uneventful landing on Runway XXR. We declared the emergency once we got through the checklist.
