Narrative:
On approach; the landing gear failed to extend. Attempted numerous tries for manual extension; including putting g-loads on (positive and negative) but the handle would not move. Gear was confirmed by tower and ground that it was not extended; landed with gear partially extended. Was talking with mechanic on the ground for about 45 minutes before landing was made. When raised the gear was manually extended; and operated in hangar. Possible jam in the gear box is the only thing we could not verify.
