Narrative:

Entered the traffic pattern from the northwest on a 45 degree entry downwind leg at 1;500 ft MSL per turboprop aircraft procedures. Various helicopter training flights were in the vicinity not paying attention to normal aircraft operations or traffic pattern procedures. When on short final runway 31 F45; I noticed a small helicopter converging with my aircraft that caused a traffic alert and a visual alert demanding an emergency go-around to rejoin the traffic pattern. After landing; there were numerous helicopters taxiing down the parallel taxiway to runway 13/31 above my aircraft without any concern to my operations; passengers or my safety.
