Narrative:
On climbout; crew noticed that the right-hand engine was running 100 degrees above normal (about 935 degrees). They conferred with maintenance control and dispatch and crew agreed to turn back immediately. Upon landing; crew noted the right-hand engine went into deep reverse on landing rollout and the aircraft was grounded for repairs.
