Narrative:
Aircraft X was level at 8;000 ft over the jingl intersection on the JINGL1 arrival for fll. Aircraft Y was level at FL190 over the wlace intersection on the WLACE1 arrival for pbi. I told aircraft X to contact mia approach 133.77. Aircraft Y took aircraft X's communications transfer and checked on mia approach's frequency level at FL190 with the pbi ATIS. The mia approach controller told aircraft X to fly heading 120 degrees and join the localizer 9L and to descend and maintain 4;000 ft. Aircraft Y again took aircraft X's clearance and began a descent. Aircraft Y; who was near fort myers; descended through a GA aircraft at FL180; through sector 67 (lakeland low); nearly through fort myers approach. And nearly into another GA target at 8;000 ft before the pilot could be reached on mia approach's frequency and was stopped at 9;000 ft.
