Narrative:
Discovered all 4 engine squib cbs pulled. Logbook review showed that one engine was changed several days prior to event. Aircraft had been operated on several revenue flights since engine change. This is the second time that I have personally found an aircraft engine was changed and fire protection cbs were not reinstated. Require separate maintenance signoff for circuit breaker resets similar to required signoff when cowlings are latched or gear pins removed.
