Narrative:
While cruising at FL390; we heard a loud 'thump' originate from forward and below the cockpit of the aircraft. Immediately following the loud sound; we experienced a vibration. The triple chime aural alert sounded and illuminated a 'gear disagree' red warning message displayed on ed 1; followed by 2 single chime aural alerts 'wow input' yellow caution message and 'proximity system chan' yellow caution messages 'emergency/abnormal' section located in behind the 'land' tab. After complying with the procedures; we declared an emergency and diverted to ZZZ. We landed successfully without any further incident.
