Narrative:
Right elec gen light illuminated. Per irregular procedure; right drive was disconnected and APU was started. Flight continued to destination normally. Only issue was there was no operational satcom.

Title: A B777-200 flight crew on an international over water flight experienced a generator drive failure. They followed procedure; disconnected the drive; started the APU; and continued to destination.
Narrative: Right ELEC GEN light illuminated. Per Irregular procedure; right drive was disconnected and APU was started. Flight continued to destination normally. Only issue was there was no operational SATCOM.
