Narrative:
Go-around on runway 19R visual approach sna. We were held high for a small aircraft circling in our vicinity during descent phase of landing. Upon reaching 1;000 ft; RA it was apparent we could not land in a stabilized manner so we went around. Go-around was routine and uneventful. Toga was set momentarily in 'initiate go-around mode' but retarded power immediately to avoid excessive noise and our altitude did not require full toga thrust. This report is being filed for the event a noise meter was triggered.
