Narrative:
We went into cenrap mode. Cenrap was not working correctly. I was unable to identify the aircraft coming off the airports in our airspace. I also was working a regional jet 15 miles south of sav lost radar; he was 2000 ft and was not identified on radar for 10 miles. Also we had several aircraft turning on runway 9 final with restricted area R3005 and lost all radar on all aircraft.

Title: SAV Controller described CENRAP anomalies during primary radar outage; claiming lost targets and difficulty identifying departure targets.
Narrative: We went into CENRAP mode. CENRAP was not working correctly. I was unable to identify the aircraft coming off the airports in our airspace.
