Narrative:

While enroute; flight crew noticed spoiler deflection on spoiler #3 which was deactivated per MEL. After consultation with maintenance; it was discovered that spoiler #2 was also deactivated and spoiler #3 was deactivated but not locked out. Due to not being locked out; the spoiler was being deflected with air going over the wing. Per the airbus flight manual; it was decided between captain and dispatcher that it was ok to proceed to our destination. The landing distance adjustment of two spoiler faults was utilized and the flight landed without incident.
