Narrative:
I was the pilot monitoring and my captain was the pilot flying on a visual approach to runway 10 at bwi. We were cleared to land by tower. At approximately 1 mile final and 300 to 400 ft AGL; tower cleared another carrier for takeoff on runway 15R; an intersecting runway. My captain and I perceived this as a potential conflict with our landing. I queried the controller but another aircraft on final made a radio call and I did not think I had time to make another radio call. The captain then made the correct decision to go-around. I reported our go-around to the tower. We flew a normal go-around and then received vectors back around for an uneventful approach and landing.
