Narrative:
On takeoff captain's altimeter became erratic; and after liftoff; captain's air data instruments became erratic causing ground proximity warnings. First officer's instruments were normal at the time of takeoff so aircraft control was transferred to first officer. Consulted the QRH and maintenance and dispatch coordinated with us and decided to return to our departure airport.

Title: A B737-300 flight crew experienced loss of Captain's air data instruments. They coordinated with Maintenance and Dispatch and returned to departure airport.
