Narrative:
Taxi - rudder trim ECAM affecting facility 1&2 performed ECAM action. System reset but failed again approximately 2 minutes later. Consulted with maintenance control. Then returned to gate for repair. Entered failure in logbook. Repair was made. Initial climb - rudder trim failure ECAM action. System reset; precautionary return to field; overweight checklist preformed. Uneventful landing failure noted in logbook.

Title: An A319 rudder trim failed initially on taxi out and was repaired after returning to the gate. After takeoff the rudder trim failed again causing the flight crew to return for an overweight landing.
