Narrative:
More and more we are lacking accurate parts information in our web based computer system and must resort to (an older) on-line illustrated parts catalog (ipc); as a back-up resource. But as I described on the procedures narrative; we now have no information there to confirm the accuracy of our web-based system. If we are expected to follow a procedure; which is verifying we have the correct parts; our documents must be there and accurate.
Original NASA ASRS Text
