Narrative:
We called for clearance at XA20 and were told there would be a delay, the computer had been down. As we monitored clearance delivery we noticed that other aircraft were being told the same thing and that they were receiving full route clrncs when it finally did come off the computer. Departure time came and we were told that our clearance to jfk would be coming out shortly. We told ground control we would like to power off the gate and standby for our clearance. We were given permission and we departed the gate on time at XA33. At XA35 clearance delivery called with our full route clearance from fll to jfk. We read back the full route clearance, which ended 'norfolk direct salisbury as filed.' this is the same route which the copilot had flown the last 2 days, which included a kennedy 3 arrival from sby. There was no mention of sie or a camrn 1 arrival. We were told our readback was correct and we proceeded with our taxi and takeoff. The trip was normal until north of orf, where we were told to turn and intercept J121, proceed to sie and expect a camrn 1 arrival to jfk. We proceeded on J121 toward sie and noticed that neither of us had a camrn 1 arrival to jfk. We notified ny center that we did not have a camrn 1 arrival and we would require routing after sie. We were given a right off of sie to intercept outbnd. Descent and vectoring to jfk were normal.

Title: FLT CREW DID NOT HAVE CURRECT CHARTS FOR FIRST DAY IMPLEMENTATION OF PHASE III EAST COAST PLAN.
Narrative: WE CALLED FOR CLRNC AT XA20 AND WERE TOLD THERE WOULD BE A DELAY, THE COMPUTER HAD BEEN DOWN. AS WE MONITORED CLRNC DELIVERY WE NOTICED THAT OTHER ACFT WERE BEING TOLD THE SAME THING AND THAT THEY WERE RECEIVING FULL ROUTE CLRNCS WHEN IT FINALLY DID COME OFF THE COMPUTER. DEP TIME CAME AND WE WERE TOLD THAT OUR CLRNC TO JFK WOULD BE COMING OUT SHORTLY. WE TOLD GND CTL WE WOULD LIKE TO PWR OFF THE GATE AND STANDBY FOR OUR CLRNC. WE WERE GIVEN PERMISSION AND WE DEPARTED THE GATE ON TIME AT XA33. AT XA35 CLRNC DELIVERY CALLED WITH OUR FULL ROUTE CLRNC FROM FLL TO JFK. WE READ BACK THE FULL ROUTE CLRNC, WHICH ENDED 'NORFOLK DIRECT SALISBURY AS FILED.' THIS IS THE SAME ROUTE WHICH THE COPLT HAD FLOWN THE LAST 2 DAYS, WHICH INCLUDED A KENNEDY 3 ARR FROM SBY. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF SIE OR A CAMRN 1 ARR. WE WERE TOLD OUR READBACK WAS CORRECT AND WE PROCEEDED WITH OUR TAXI AND TKOF. THE TRIP WAS NORMAL UNTIL N OF ORF, WHERE WE WERE TOLD TO TURN AND INTERCEPT J121, PROCEED TO SIE AND EXPECT A CAMRN 1 ARR TO JFK. WE PROCEEDED ON J121 TOWARD SIE AND NOTICED THAT NEITHER OF US HAD A CAMRN 1 ARR TO JFK. WE NOTIFIED NY CENTER THAT WE DID NOT HAVE A CAMRN 1 ARR AND WE WOULD REQUIRE ROUTING AFTER SIE. WE WERE GIVEN A R OFF OF SIE TO INTERCEPT OUTBND. DSCNT AND VECTORING TO JFK WERE NORMAL.
