Narrative:

I was assigned to a 'B'-check on a B757-200 aircraft. I replaced the right hand nose tire and wheel assembly due to being worn below acceptable limits. I replaced this wheel assembly per the approved maintenance manual reference (MM 32-45-02-04). I was informed 11 days later that the right hand nose wheel assembly on this aircraft came apart at the bearing assembly.
