Narrative:
At cruise received the blue system hydraulic lo lvl light. Completed aom vol 1 checklist and returned. Declared an emergency with ARTCC. Landing was uneventful. Aircraft warning/message system alerted hydraulic light on cap and lo lvl light on overhead. Landed in emergency condition.

Title: An ATR72 on a ferry flight had a Blue Hydraulic System caution and aural warning for a low level. An emergency was declared with a return to land at the departure airport.
Narrative: At cruise received the Blue System hydraulic LO LVL light. Completed AOM vol 1 checklist and returned. Declared an emergency with ARTCC. Landing was uneventful. Aircraft Warning/Message System alerted HYD light on CAP and LO LVL light on overhead. Landed in Emergency Condition.
