Narrative:
Captain went to rear of the A320 to assure the deferred item was complied with prior to departure. All that was noticed was a hand written note on the mirror stating lavatory sink water was unavailable. No; none; zip; nadda action had been taken by a mechanic to comply with the deferal MEL instructions. Item written up and mechanics complied with MEL. I am wondering when the FAA is going to take action as this is my 4th consecutive flight with improper maintenance procedures supposedly completed. Seems to be a trend.
