Narrative:
At 35000 ft we had an almost complete electrical failure. We initially couldn't call ATC -- squawked 7700; finally got a hold of ATC. Declared an emergency and proceeded for nearest suitable airport. We got electrical back -- fully it appeared on descent. Landed normally. There was no checklist for the emergency that we had. This wasn't supposed to happen in a hawker.
Original NASA ASRS Text
