Narrative:
During a visual approach to runway 7R at las on short final; approximately 75 to 100 ft AGL; a single engine aircraft departed runway 7L and made an immediate right turn and crossed in front of our aircraft as it climbed reducing horizontal separation to approximately 500 to 600 ft. The first officer and I were not advised by ATC that the single engine aircraft would be performing this maneuver. It was of concern to me because I felt that vertical separation minimum was compromised especially in the event that we would need to perform a go-around maneuver.
