Narrative:
We were cleared to FL230 at FL225 got cabin altitude warning horn. We donned masks via memory items; started a smooth level off and descent request clearance to 10;000 ft. On descent we ran checklist and stabilized cabin. We leveled off at 10;000 ft; briefed the passengers and talked to dispatch. Dispatch and I agreed that flight could be safely continued to destination. No emergency was declared; no emergency descent was requested; and cabin climb was stopped at FL125 and stabilized manually when level at 10;000 ft. Aircraft landed uneventfully at our destination. The aircraft was taken out of service.
