Narrative:
On takeoff roll the aircraft began to shake violently and pull to the left. As we built up speed the problem got worse. I was not sure what was wrong with aircraft so I aborted at around 100 KTS with plenty of runway left ahead. A chief pilot suggested that it is not a good idea to abort at high speed with a suspected flat tire. I could have continued but I did not know what was wrong with aircraft and had plenty of runway.
