Narrative:
After leveling off above the haze layer (local) we experienced a severe pitch down and roll to the left that exceeded 70 degrees. We reported the incident to ATC and they then told us we were 30 in trail of a heavy airbus. We landed and taxied in behind an A300; which we believe to be the aircraft.
