Narrative:
For departure from teb: at first we were given the teb 5 SID maintain 2;000 ft runway 24. Upon taxi the runway changed to 19 and we were given the dalton SID 'maintain 2;000 ft.' we climbed through 1;300 ft (the altitude noted on the SID) for 2;000 ft. At about 1;700 ft the controller said; 'maintain 1;300 ft.' we mentioned that we were given 2;000 ft by teb tower; no conflict was noted!

Narrative: For departure from TEB: At first we were given the TEB 5 SID maintain 2;000 FT Runway 24. Upon taxi the Runway changed to 19 and we were given the Dalton SID 'maintain 2;000 FT.' We climbed through 1;300 FT (the altitude noted on the SID) for 2;000 FT. At about 1;700 FT the Controller said; 'maintain 1;300 FT.' We mentioned that we were given 2;000 FT by TEB Tower; no conflict was noted!
