Narrative:
Bird strike at rotation caused high vibration and loud abnormal engine noise with takeoff power. Upon leveling and reduced power; engine ran normal and all instruments read normal. We decided to return to bna and flew an ILS 02C. After landing we found bird remains in the cowl and 3 damaged fan blades.

Narrative: Bird strike at rotation caused high vibration and loud abnormal engine noise with takeoff power. Upon leveling and reduced power; engine ran normal and all instruments read normal. We decided to return to BNA and flew an ILS 02C. After landing we found bird remains in the cowl and 3 damaged fan blades.
