Narrative:
Found contract mechanic on our B767-300 aircraft; no escort; working under seat in first class. Was informed by our management that he was trying to fix some modification they did; that they did not finish. Did not see any paperwork; have no idea what he was doing on aircraft. My concern is what is going on with aircraft. Informed visiting FAA inspector; who then went to aircraft for follow up.
