Smell of burning with no smoke during initial climbout. Asked first officer; same response. Asked flight attendants; same response. Declared emergency; leveled off; ran QRH procedures. Returned to an uneventful; non-overweight landing. Had crash fire rescue equipment trucks do a heat scan. Returned to gate and all passengers deplaned. No injuries.

Narrative: Smell of burning with no smoke during initial climbout. Asked First Officer; same response. Asked Flight Attendants; same response. Declared emergency; leveled off; ran QRH procedures.
