Narrative:

Takeoff thrust was selected after we were cleared for takeoff and we received no flight directors or normal FMA's. The captain selected toga thrust and at around 80 KIAS the speed bug then went from managed to a selected speed of 100 KIAS. We noticed the airspeed and aborted the takeoff at around 90 KIAS. We came to a full stop on the runway. I called the tower and we exited the runway; stopped the aircraft and called maintenance control. They wanted us to return to the gate to inspect the hot brakes. Taxiing back to the gate we noticed abnormal vibration and stopped the aircraft on the taxiway. Ground control noticed smoke coming from the right main gear and we asked for the fire trucks to take a look. We started the APU and shut down the engines. The firemen assured us that there was no fire and that all 4 tires were flat. We coordinated with dispatch; maintenance control and the airport operations to arrange for an air stair and buses for the passengers.
