During takeoff; captain's asi/altitude/vsi indication failed at approximately 110 KIAS. After takeoff; attempts to restore indications unsuccessful. Declare emergency with ATC; returned for landing. Landed overweight at approximately 151;000 pounds.

Title: A B737-800 crew reported that the Captain's Airspeed; Altitude and Vertical Speed disappeared from his PFD during the takeoff roll. The First Officer's flight director lost commands intermittently. An emergency was declared with a return to land.
