Narrative:
While climbing from FL290 to FL330 we got #2 hydraulic lo press caution message. We asked ATC to level off at FL290. The captain ran the QRH while I handled the aircraft and radio #1. After running the QRH the problem could not be fixed and we decided to land at the nearest suitable airport. We asked for lower altitude from ATC. Captain got on the radio with dispatch/maintenance. I asked for a hold until the situation was resolved. After talking to dispatch/maintenance it was decided to head to a nearby airport due to the long dry runway. We diverted and landed without incident. Upon arrival at the ramp; we were towed in due to loss of outer brake pressure.
