Narrative:
While at cruise the purser advised us that certain emergency lighting and escape lighting was coming on. This was a repeat electrical problem. Through a phone patch with dispatch and maintenance we discussed the problem. The system began to degrade further and we diverted into an enroute station.

Title: A B767-300's Emergency and Escape Lighting components were failing or malfunctioning. This was a repeat electrical system problem so the flight crew diverted to an enroute station.
