Narrative:
While checking out buyer of small aircraft X, an overtaking small aircraft Y passed to the right rear of my aircraft. We had called downwind crosswind and final on 122.8. I had heard the small aircraft Y call 10 mi out some time before, but that was the last call I heard from him. After the incident he used abusive language on the radio, then his radio became unreadable as also noted by the FBO. There were aircraft both before and after doing takeoff and lndgs on runway 29 that did not have radios. Then the small aircraft Y pilot accused us of not advising him we were landing. I think there are a great many pilots out there that need to go back to basic school. Not only would they learn the rules of flying in an uncontrolled area, but maybe they would learn the basics of flying in and near high density areas, and then everyone would not get so excited about controled airspace and transponders. I do it for a living and I think education's the answer.
